French Tip 1
Hi every body, am starting a small thread which has french tips. Hope this will be of any use to you. Every week you will have a new tip, so far i had five tips and am giving you the links of all the tips.
Can any one tel me know how to play midi or wave files in the blog, as i dont find any option to play the same. User defined videos can be played i.e Wmv, mpeg, mpg or avesc files but no audio files. Need your help from u techi..... guys.

The janjat of using always the vou's and tu's are over. In a nut shell a collocial french sentences were discussed i believe.
Rommance.................................. u really missed it yar, we hugged, kissed walked on the streets of paris.
Sports - Whats the most popular sport in france? any guess buddy
Next topic was on the time factor. How do french people schedule their time.
Next is the toughest thing the home work, still to start. OOps what was the home work, obliyepa

French Visa
Hi French visa information :
Tourist / non professional: Is applicable in case you are traveling to visit friends / relatives. This visa is given for travel of less than 90 days.
Application ProcedureAs per the new procedure Applications can be submitted at the France Visa Application Center after taking a prior appointment. Appointments can be taken online at www.vfs-france.co.in or by telephoning the France Visa Application Center in Chennai (phone number: 044 4263 8000). The Internet facility is available 24x7 while the phone-in facility is available 0930-1730 hours Monday-Friday.
Travel agents approved by the Consulate General of France based on their historical volume of applications can also use the Internet appointment facility on behalf of their clients. There is a dedicated web page for such travel agents, accessible only with their user ids. Other travel agents can use the public appointments page.
There will be a service charge of Rs. 440/- (inclusive of Service tax) levied per application over and above the visa fees. In case you would like your passport couriered to your specified address, you can request of this facility at the time of submitting your application. This optional service is available for an additional fee of Rs 170 (inclusive of Service tax). The service charge and the courier fee is payable in cash at the time of submitting your application.
The new appointment system is aimed at minimizing the waiting time while making an application. All applications are to be submitted to France Visa Application Center at: Unit No. S1-A, Amar Sindur, No 43 Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.
Processed passports can be collected after a minimum of four working days from France Visa Application Center between 1600 hours and 1700 hours. Applicants can instantly track the status of their application by logging on to www.vfs-france.co.in or by sending an SMS to VISA FR 7333. There will be no need to follow up with the Consulate or the Call Centre to ascertain when the passport will be returned.
